Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu on Friday pulled up opposition members for whistling and creating ruckus in the House during their protests against the snooping row and farm laws. In a sharp attack, Naidu said that Rajya Sabha cannot be turned into a bazaar, in reference to whistling and hooting by the opposition members during the House proceedings as they seek a debate on snooping row and farm laws. Naidu warned the members of action if they continue to violate parliamentary rules and traditions.
