Mumbai: Pre-monsoon rain with gusty winds lashes parts of the city

Pre-monsoon showers lashed parts of Mumbai on Thursday morning. Indian Meteorological Department had predicted a partly cloudy sky for the city. Some areas in the city recorded heavy showers accompanied by gusty winds. Many parts of the city also witnessed water-logging following the rain. Earlier this week, Mumbai received heavy rains under the influence of Cyclone Tauktae.
