Russia has offered Indian students, who fled Ukraine amid war, to return for studies. "They know the language of the people, as, in Ukraine, most of them speak Russian. They're most welcome in Russia," said Russian Consul General Oleg Avdeev. Thousands of Indian students had fled Ukraine after Russia launched its 'special military operation' in February.
