‘Time will heal..’: Assam CM on border clash, 4 core issues to solve future rows

Himanta Biswa Sarma said both Assam and Mizoram are working to resolve the border dispute in a peaceful manner. Speaking on the border row, the Assam chief minister said that time will heal the pain. “With Mizoram, you need a span of peace because after such a heavy engagement you need some time to heal all the pain. After that, you need to start some confidence-building measures from both sides and then talk about some final resolutions,” said Himanta Biswa Sarma. He also said the Assam govt has identified four core issues to solve the border disputes with neighbouring states. Watch the full video for more.
