When Piyush Goyal conceded to Kanimozhi's demand of replying in English in LS

There was a faceoff in Lok Sabha over Hindi between Union minister Piyush Goyal and DMK Kanimozhi on Wednesday. The faceoff erupted after Kanimozhi asked a question about 'one nation, one ration' scheme in english. The minister however started to reply in Hindi but was interrupted by the DMK MP. Kanimozhi, who is the sister of Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin, requested the minister to speak in English. While Piyush Goyal initially refused, he later conceded to the demand. Watch what happened.
