2018 CWG: Saina Nehwal trumps PV Sindhu in singles to clinch badminton gold

Saina Nehwal defeated PV Sindhu in the 2018 Commonwealth Games to clinch the badminton gold in women's singles. The 2010 CWG gold medallist staged a second-game comeback against Sindhu and won 21-18, 23-21 on the last day of the Gold Coast Games. Saina has become the first Indian shuttler to win tow CWG gold medals. In the head-to-head count between the two, Saina now enjoys a 4-1 lead over the Rio Olympic silver medallist Sindhu.
