A day after celebrating Deepotsav in Ayodhya, where India created a world record by lighting over 15 lakh diyas on the banks of River Saryu, PM Narendra Modi celebrated his Diwali with soldiers in Kargil. “The meaning of Diwali is end of Atank (terror) and Kargil made it possible,” he said while addressing the soldiers.
