Government's move to call off Pakistan tour welcomed

Indian cricket fraternity welcomed the government's decision to cancel its cricket team's tour to neighbouring Pakistan amidst growing tension following Mumbai attacks. Talking to reporters in Chandigarh on Thursday former Indian player Kirti Azad alleged that Pakistan has betrayed India despite the Indian government's several efforts to bring thaw in relations between the two countries.
