Lakhimpur victims speak out as car hitting crowd and violence videos go viral

Two victims of the Lakhimpur Kheri incident recounted what happened when a car convoy allegedly rammed into protesting farmers. Baljinder and Shamsher Singh said that a speeding car came from behind them as they were walking. They were hit, suffered injuries, and fell unconscious. They are currently admitted at Lakhimpur district hospital. Earlier, the Congress party had tweeted a video of an SUV running people over, and claimed that it was a video of the Lakhimpur incident.
