The United States will not impose sanctions on the Israeli military’s Netzah Yehuda battalion, according to the Axios report. The US has decided to end an investigation into alleged human rights violations by the unit in the occupied West Bank. Axios reported, citing two US and Israeli officials, that Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Defence Minister Yoav Gallant of the move in a conversation on August 9.
