Italy's mount Etna has erupted shooting bright lava into the night sky on the Island of Sicily. The eruptions began late on Monday. Experts say they don't pose a danger to people or property. Etna is 10,926ft (3,330m) tall. It's the highest volcano in mainland Europe. It's believed to have the longest record of eruptions than any other volcano. Its first recorded observation goes back to 425 B.C.
