NATO Commander Admits Weakness Before Russia's Undersea 'Hybrid Warfare'?

The deputy commander of NATO Allied Maritime Command has issued a stark warning. V Adm Didier Maleterre cited Russia's undersea "hybrid warfare" capabilities to say that Europe's undersea cables and pipelines for communication and energy are highly vulnerable.
