Ukrainian foreign minister and Volodymyr Zelensky's close aide Dmytro Kuleba virtually humiliated U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken after Washington pledged $1 Billion dollar security assistance to Ukraine in a fresh sign of support amid Ukraine's faltering counteroffensive and its criticism in the West. Kuleba told Blinken that the aid to Ukraine was not a charity and that Ukraine must win against Russia in a bid to secure the rest of the western world led by the United States.
