Putin To Punish Ukraine's Intel Chief Over Moscow Attack? Russia Dubs Budanov 'Valid Target'

Russia has vowed to punish the Ukrainian intel chief for his alleged role in the Moscow attack. The head of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) issued an open threat to Kyiv's top spy. The FSB chief said Ukraine’s military intelligence chief, Kyrylo Budanov, is a "valid target" for Russian forces. "Anyone committing crimes against Russia is a marked man," warned the FSB chief. Russia claims that Ukrainian and western intelligence services assisted Moscow attackers, who killed over 130 people on March 22.
