Russian missiles have struck central Ukraine's Vinnytsia city. More than 20 people including 3 children have been killed and many left wounded. Russian missiles hit several residential buildings, malls, restaurants and offices. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has condemned the attack and called it an 'act of terrorism'. He has once again reiterated his demand of declaring Russia a 'terrorist state'.
