Russia's largest arms manufacturing company, Rostec, has decided to begin mass tank production. Rostec announced that Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) is suspending all secondary output, and hundred percent of the production capacity will be occupied in manufacturing tanks. The move comes as the Russian Army has been extensively using tanks in the war against Ukraine. Analysts say Russia wants to revive the Soviet concept of a fleet of thousands of tanks.
