Zelensky's desperate appeal comes a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin declared that he had no doubts that Moscow would win the war. Meanwhile, cracks emerge within the Western allies as NATO is set to provide 'heavier weapons' to Ukraine. Kyiv's appetite for unlimited supply of weapons has been rapidly depleting the western stockpiles.
