Wagner’s war gains impress Putin’s Ally; Chechen Leader vows new private militia

The gains made by Russia's private militia - Wagner Group - East Ukraine have impressed Russian President Vladimir Putin's ally. In a post on Telegram, Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that the Wagner Group had achieved 'impressive results' and private military companies were a necessity.
