An ancient Greek clocktower and weather station said to be world's oldest, opens its doors to the public after nearly 200 years. It is called the Tower of the Winds and is located in Athens. The tower had a sundial but it was a mystery as to how it functioned at night. Experts believe a water clock device may have helped it function after dark.
