The discussions come as the 28-point US draft plan triggers concern across Kyiv and Europe, given reported provisions demanding territorial concessions, major cuts to Ukraine’s armed forces and a large US stake in reconstruction. Moscow has reviewed the proposal, while Trump has softened his earlier deadline for acceptance, insisting the offer is not final despite publicly criticising Kyiv’s stance.
