The Russian-occupied city of Nova Kakhovka in southern Ukraine -- home to the dam that Moscow and Kyiv have accused each other of targeting -- is "flooded".

"The city is flooded," Vladimir Leontyev, the Russian-installed head of the city administration, told Russian media.
