At least 10 people were injured in a hand grenade attack in Ghas Mandi area of Pakistan's Karachi city, Geo News reported on Tuesday.
According to the report, unidentified men hurled the hand grenade at Lyari Peace Committee chief Aziz Baloch, which left 10 people, including his associates, injured.
