19 more exposed to nuke radiations in Japan

Nineteen more people have been exposed to the radioactive radiations at Fukushima nuclear plant, in addition to three cases of exposure recorded on Saturday in Japan. People were taken to the nearby hospitals after being exposed to radiations.

Nineteen more people have been exposed to the radioactive radiations at Fukushima nuclear plant, in addition to three cases of exposure recorded on Saturday in Japan. People were taken to the nearby hospitals after being exposed to radiations.

Tokyo Electric Power Company has notified Japan's nuclear safety agency that the radiation level at the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant has exceeded the limit.

The allowable level of the radiation is 500 micro sievert. The Radiation at the site has exceeded up to 882 micro sievert. According to the China Daily, the agency also said that the No. 3 nuclear reactor of the quake-hit Fukushima plant had lost its cooling functions.

It is the sixth reactor overall at the Fukushima No. 1 and No. 2 plants to undergo cooling failure as the deadly earthquake and tsunami hit Japan on Friday.
