About 30 people were killed in clashes during the post-election protests in Iran, a MP on parliament's judicial commission was quoted as saying by the ILNA news agency on Tuesday.

"Evidently 30 people at most were killed in bloody clashes after the election," Farhad Tajari said.
Iranian officials have previously said that at least 20 people were killed in the unrest triggered by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's disputed re-election in June.
