A 41-year-old Chinese man who had been dating 15 university students stands on trial for fraud in Beijing.
The man, identified only Tian, has been charged with fraud for swindling over 350,000 yuan ($5900) from the women he dated over the past four years.

Tian, the father of an 18-year-old girl, pretended to be the CEO of a luxury company and a graduate from two of China's most prestigious universities – Tsinghua University and Peking University.
He met the 15 women online via QQ, a popular instant messaging service, state-run China Daily reported today.
According to Beijing Times, five or six of the college girls Tian dated shared a dormitory.
