First Taj hotel in South Africa opens to full occupancy
The 117 rooms in the five-star Taj here were fully occupied by delegates from 15 countries attending an international company's global conference, according to general manager Micahel Powell.
The Taj group's first hotel in South Africa has opened to full occupancy as bookings stream in for the FIFA World Cup scheduled to be held in June.

The Taj has been built around two historic buildings in the first South African city that was occupied by European settlers in 1652.
The Taj group is also planning to build a hotel in Johannesburg.
