NEW YORK: A 53-year-old Indian-American physician was indicted by prosecutors on charges of healthcare fraud in the US state of Pennsylvania. Samirkumar Shah, resident of Armstrong county, Pennsylvania, could be jailed for maximum 10 years and fined $250,000 if found guilty.
