Pakistan government will decide on the matter on Saturday. "We welcome the invitation," Presidential spokesperson Farhatullah Babar said.

Babar said that PM Gilani is out of the country and decision will be taken once he is back from Tashkent tour.

According to official sources the invitation would also be discussed by the Foreign Office.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday invited Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani to watch the India-Pakistan World Cup semifinal in Mohali on March 30.
