An earthquake with a magnitude of at least four shook buildings in the Philippine capital on Tuesday, although there were no immediate reports of damage.

"It was felt in Metro Manila at intensity four. Even the Phivolcs (Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology) building shook," government seismologist Danny Tacadino told AFP.
