Kashmiri militant Ilyas Kashmiri has reportedly warned the global community against sending sportspersons to India for upcoming events like the IPL, Commonwealth Games and Hockey World Cup.
“If they do, they will be responsible for the consequences,” Kashmiri, whose 313 Brigade is an arm of the Al Qaeda, told news portal Asia Times Online.
