A wanted Al-Qaeda suspect and former Guantanamo detainee identified as Jaber al-Fifi has handed himself over to Saudi authorities, state television reported on Friday.
"The ministry of interior announces that Jaber al-Fifi, wanted by the authorities, has handed himself over," Al-Ekhbariya television said.
