A replica of the White House has just been put on the market for 10.8 million dollars (499.491259 million Indian rupees), which is a fraction of the value of the Washington D.C. original.

Builder Fred Milani, an American-Iranian, had created the impressive 16,500 sq ft structure, which comes complete with an Oval Office and Lincoln Bedroom, seven years ago.

Now he has had to reluctantly put the mini-White House, situated in Atlanta, Georgia, up for sale following a huge downturn in the American housing market.

“I still do not want to sell, but I will,” the Daily Telegraph quoted Milani as telling the Atlanta Journal.

“Really, I am not very political. The architect just asked, ‘How about I build you the White House?’ and I said yes. That is the whole story,” he added.
