Khagendra hopes to get official recognition from the Guiness World Records, which had rejected his application four years ago on the ground that he was not old enough, as the shortest person in the world.

Rup Bahadur Thapa Magar, his father, is preparing all the documents to claim his son's place after the family celebrated Khagendra's birthday on Wednesday.

The Nepalese national, who weighed only 600 grams at the time of his birth, says he likes to play with pebbles and worship Buddha.

Weighing 5 kilogram now, the diminutive teenager dreams of fathering four children after he finds a suitable bride for himself.
