Just when you think you cannot be more in awe of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, an image of him doing the incredibly tough yoga pose — Mayurasan (peacock pose) goes viral. The image sees Trudeau supporting his entire weight on his arms and wrists, on the edge of a table. Looks tough? It is.

To perfect it, one requires a strong core (torso and abdominal muscles), an athletic build, and a sound mind. While Trudeau seems to have checked all the boxes (with help from his yoga instructor wife, Sophie Grégoire, we assume), you may need to take things a bit slowly before you start clearing out the table.
