This one is sure to give a lot of girls tears of joy. A new “anti-ageing” cocktail, that claims to do both, fight wrinkles and give ladies a good time, is soon to launch in the market.
Developed by a biotechnologist, Anti Everything is described as a guilt-free beauty elixir infused with anti-aging and feel-good ingredients, in cocktail form.
“Countless nights out with my girlfriends went hand in hand with feeling guilty about overindulging. I wanted to be freed of that feeling and set out to create a drink that combines science with lifestyle for a non-guilty pleasure,” said creator Anja Skodda in a statement.
If the concept sounds fishy, that’s because it is. Literally.
Its main anti-aging ingredient is caviar collagen, said to help restore skin’s firmness and elasticity and reduce the look of fine lines.
Fish collagen is purported to be a more effective anti-aging agent than porcine or bovine collagen. The drink is also infused with sea buckthorn, which contains high amounts of vitamin E, lutein and fatty acids.
The berry contains 15 times more vitamin C than oranges. Vitamin C is a powerful anti-oxidant and plays a key role in collagen synthesis. The beauty ingredients are topped off by vodka.
Anti Everything is the latest drinkable beauty product to hit the market.
There’s the brand Beauty & Go, which features four beverages for different skin needs: skin revival, detox, vitality and radiance.
Ingredients include collagen, hyaluronic acid, resveratrol, selenium and and vitamins A, C and E.
Skinade is also packed with collagen peptides and claims to show a significant improvement in the appearance of lines and skin hydration.
And Gold Collagen is a beauty supplement that contains a blend of hydrolysed collagen, vitamins and minerals, which are likewise supposed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and firm up the skin.
Anti Everything is expected to launch in the US and Europe this summer. A box of four 100 ml bottles retails for €49.90.
