Liam Neeson's frail look has led to concerns regarding his health. The 63-year-old actor was seen in New York a few times looking feeble and almost unrecognisable.
It is also being rumoured that his thinner look may be for a film. Neeson lost his wife Natasha Richardson in a skiing accident in 2009.
The actor is known for his action films, headlined by the hit Taken trilogy. Neeson's rep has denied that the actor is unwell. He recently told Mirror, "He's never been healthier."
The actor announced a few months ago that he will be giving up action films in two years' time. "Maybe two more years - if God spares me, and I'm healthy," Liam told The Guardian, "But after that, I'll stop [the action], I think."
He has just finished shooting for Martin Scorsese and will be shooting for the action comedy, The Revenger. Directed by Ruben Fleischer, of Zombieland fame, the film is written by Thomas Lennon and Robert Ben Garant of Night At The Museum. Universal Pictures Pictures has acquired the pitch for the film whose storyline is being kept under wraps.
The actor will be next seen in historic-drama Silence and the drama fantasy, A Monster Calls.
