Vivian Dsena wants to play a vampire again

Vivian Dsena feels supernatural themed shows are a trend on TV currently, and her would not mind playing a vampire on a show again.

In 2010, TV actor Vivian Dsena played the role of Abhay Raichand, a vampire, on the show Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani. As the trend of supernatural shows is popular on TV these days, with multiple such serials receiving high TRPs, Vivian wishes to play a vampire on the small screen again.

Vivian Dsena feels people enjoy watching shows, which have supernatural elements in them.

“I enjoyed playing a vampire on Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani. I tell producers that the only role I would happily do again is that of a vampire. Today, I know much more about acting than what I did when I started out,” says Vivian, adding, “When I look back at the scenes I did, I feel had I known such and such thing about acting then, I would have done those scenes in a better manner.”

The actor feels that the current popularity of the supernatural genre on TV is a “trend”. “People like it. It will last till it lasts,” says Vivian, who is busy with an ongoing TV serial, which doesn’t have any supernatural element in it yet. “That role is showing no signs of turning into a vampire or any other supernatural character. I have requested the makers to keep my character normal, as I want to do this and play with it,” says Vivian.
