about the video
An artist in the Indian western state of Gujarat is hoping to set a new record for the world’s largest fire painting. Kamal Rana has been making such paintings since 1979. The art uses fire to illuminate certain areas of the painting. The painting in question is centred on cricket, a sport Indians are crazy about. Though Rana has created several paintings before but with this painting, which he considers to be the largest, he is eyeing a world record. (Reuters)
