Amity University’s three day long Youth Festival, which kick started on February 9, saw many competitions that included photography, mime, folk dance and talent hunt. Bollywood celebs and international singers marked the Amity University’s fest.

One of the main highlights of the first day was the rock show competition - Aphrasia, which saw bands from colleges such as Dyal Singh College, Hans Raj College, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth College and Manav Rachna University participate. Zephire from Dyal Singh was adjudged the winner.

The second day saw a spectacular performance by Prince Group of India’s Got Talent fame. This was followed by an act by the Delhi-based sufi rock band - Nasha. But it was the third day that got the maximum hits, as international singer Edward Maya performed at an Indian university’s college fest for the first time ever.

What didn’t Pixel, the photography competition that asked students to pay Rs 250 for a photo shoot. The jam session, which didn’t draw a good crowd.
