Spiderman' set to cast web at Broadway

Marvel Studios is reportedly planning to turn "Spiderman" into a Broadway musical and has tapped two-time Tony winner Julie Taymor as director.
The Studio roped in U2's Bono and the Edge for music and lyrics. Hello Entertainment, David Garfinkle, Martin McCallum, Marvel Entertainment and Sony Pictures Entertainment will jointly produce it, reports www.hollywood.tv.
Additionally, the project's financing will be handled by Hello Entertainment. No dates for the Broadway opening have been scheduled yet.
