Bhopal: Cong appoints 3 more state-level spokesmen

Congress appointed party leaders Ravi Saxena, Pankaj Chaturvedi and Narendra Saluja as its state-level spokespersons. Now, the total number of spokespersons of the party has gone up to six.

The Congress on Monday appointed party leaders Ravi Saxena, Pankaj Chaturvedi and Narendra Saluja as its state-level spokespersons. With this, the total number of spokespersons of the Congress has increased to six, including chief spokesman KK Mishra.

Earlier, JP Dhanopia and Vibha Patel were appointed as spokespersons. Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Arun Yadav has made the appointments after consultation with AICC general secretary and state in-charge Mohan Prakash.

Besides, the party has announced seven divisional spokespersons. They are Atul Bajpai for Jabalpur, Amar Singh Mahor (Gwalior), Vikram Chaudhary (Sagar), Arun Dixit (Hoshangabad), BS Khanuja (Shahdol), Rahul Sharma (Ujjain) and Subodh Pandey (Rewa).

Durgesh Sharma has been appointed as panellist for discussions on television channels. Already in the list of Congress' media panellists are Yogesh Yadav, Dipti Singh and Sangita Sharma.
