In an interview to a publication, the movie’s makers, Anusha Rizvi and Mahmood Farooqui, said that they have disassociated themselves from the film as they were unhappy with the presentation of the titles and acknowledgments.

“Those who wanted the money, fame and credits wanted it more than us, so we left it to them,” they said.
