Box office: Raaz Reboot continues to give a tough competition to Pink
While Pink has garnered Rs 21.51 crore in its first weekend, Raaz Reboot has gathered Rs 18.09 crore in the same time.
What was initially termed as a battle tilted in favour of Amitabh Bachchan’s Pink, has actually turned out to be the other way round. Raaz Reboot is giving Pink a run for its money. As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the box office is favouring both the films.
While Pink has garnered Rs 21.51 crore in its first weekend, Raaz Reboot has gathered Rs 18.09 crore in the same time.
Pink is riding high on a very strong word of mouth. The audience and critics have praised the film for its hard-hitting content.
However, Raaz Reboot’s success is entirely due to its production house which is known for making erotic horror stories. Emraan Hashmi’s fan following has also contributed to the film’s success.
It will be interesting to see whether Pink holds the momentum against Raaz Reboot during weekdays or not.
