A real estate broker has filed a police complaint against Kangana Ranaut.

According to a DNA report, the complainant, Prakkash G Rohira, claimed that Kangana has not paid him the complete consideration towards the brokerage. The actor’s team said in a statement to the daily that the brokerage of 1%, 20 lakh, was paid as per industry standards but now the man is demanding 2% brokerage now.

Kangana’s bungalow was bought in September 2017, at the cost of 20.07 crore. The total area of the bungalow is 3,075 sq ft and the actor paid 1.03 crore as stamp duty.

Kangana told the paper, “My finance team was taking care of the deal, the complainant was paid 1 per cent brokerage close to 22 lakh which as per Industry standards; now he is asking for 2 per cent brokerage. At no point two per cent brokerage was decided on. The money transferred is through the bank and all documents are available.” The broker, however, said he was sure of his case and will be giving in all proofs in due time.
