You saw her as a 'royal misfit' in Khoobsurat. Now, get set to see her as the unconventional bride in Dolly Ki Doli. The first look of the Sonam Kapoor starrer has been revealed and it shows Anil Kapoor's little girl in a not-so-docile-young-bride mould.

Here comes the bride of the day - young, sassy and rather bold. What else would you call a bride in a lehnga teamed up with a pair of sneakers and a jacket to boot? If that wasn't enough, the 'maang tikka' and 'kadaa' go hand in hand with 'daru' and 'botal'. Not to be missed - the 'punk' look Sonam wears.

Does Sonam pull off the look? Yes and no. At a superficial level, well, yes but that mean look doesn't quite come across.

And what's Dolly Ki Doli all about? It's supposedly a tale of one bride (possibly a runaway bride, we don't know) and three suitors (Pulkit Samrat, Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma). It's an Arbaaz Khan production and is being directed by debutante Abhishek Dogra.
