Come November, and Akshay Kumar, John Abraham will be back with another comedy Desi Boyz, seven years after Garam Masala. The film also stars Chitrangada Singh and Deepika Padukone.



Akshay and John play rivals in the movie who lose their jobs and then compete with each other as pole dancers in the same night club.



This movie has interesting jodis- John opposite Deepika and Akshay with Chitrangada.



David Dhawan's son Rohit Dhawan will be making his directorial debut with this film. "The movie is very much different and does not have my dad's style of comedy and humour. The humour in my film is subtle while the kind of humour he has in his movies is loud. And it is difficult to do that," he had told in an interview.



The film recently was in news for John-Akshay's daredevil stunt in a helicopter. They chose to shoot without wearing a harness as it would have showed up against their white clothes and stood poised at the open door of the chopper with no strapping.



First poster of the movie featured John and Akshay in shorts. Second poster had an addition- Deepika clad in a short night dress. But the second lead Chitrangada was nowhere to be seen in the posters. Director insisted that it's to keep the surprise element intact.



Will John-Akshay be able to recreate the magic of Garam Masala? Will Rohit Dhawan be able to live up to his father's standards? Time will tell!
