Were you angry with reports that suggested your mom cropped off Katrina from a family ­photo on Instagram?
So many conjectures are being drawn (about this issue), and there are such exaggerated reports ... I mean, I don’t even want to contradict or start ­clarifying anything.

Many of your industry ­colleagues have joined Twitter only to quash rumours and ­clarify stuff.
I’m here to act. I’m not here to clarify things.

Would you like to comment on the Mumbai flat that you’ve ­allegedly rented at Rs. 15 lakh per month to stay with ­Katrina?
If I give clarifications, I’d be reacting to things. I don’t want to do that. I’m happy with my life, my work and that’s all that matters.

Your dad (Rishi Kapoor) hasn’t been keeping well. Are you spending more time with him after returning from your ­Bangkok shoot?
Dad was diagnosed with malaria and dengue, but he’s doing good now. I’m spending a lot of time with him before I head to Shimla for another shoot.

How does it feel to join the league of celebs like Cristiano Ronaldo, Maria Sharapova, Cameron Diaz and Shah Rukh Khan as the brand ­ambassador of Tag Heuer?
It’s a dream come true. Watches are a boy’s ­favourite thing. My first watch, too, was a Tag Heuer. My parents gifted it to me on my 13th birthday, and now I’m ­contributing to the brand, I feel lucky.
