Manoj Bajpayee is skipping his way to perfection
Actor Manoj Bajpayee started skipping multiple times a day to give the perfect shot for his next film.
Actor Manoj Bajpayee plays the role of a Judo teacher in his next film, and the part required him to teach skipping to his students. Since the actor was not good at it, he decided to perfect it by practising skipping many times a day.
“I am very particular about my fitness regime and follow it religiously. I run a lot which really helps increasing your stamina but skipping is something I have not attempted before. I had to practice on the sets but fortunately the scenes got okayed in minimum takes,” says Bajpayee.

The actor who has been part of films such as Satya (1998), Rajneeti (2010) , Special 26 (2013) and Tevar (2015), benefitted from the skipping rehearsals.
“Manoj started skipping everyday 3 to 4 times to increase his stamina and execute the skipping scene without looking tired on screen. The end result not only gave good shots but also personally helped him build a good stamina otherwise too,” says a source.
