On being asked if he would be keen to play the role of Baru, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s media advisor, Bajpayee said, “I haven’t even seen the script. How can I tell you whether I want to be a part of a film or not without reading the script?”.

In one of the reports, producer Sunil Bohra expressed his desire to cast Bajpayee in the important role.
