My kids have taught me to be a kid again and have fun: Tara Sharma
Actor Tara Sharma says being a mother teaches you to multi-task and there’s a lot that her sons have taught her.
Tara Sharma loves to be occupied with her full time job of being a mother to her two sons. Always excited to talk about parenting and motherhood, Tara feels that there are lot of life lessons that she has learnt from her sons.
“My kids have taught me to just be a kid again and have fun. Running around, playing tennis and riding horses, I love to do the same stuff with them again,” says the actor.
Talking about that one special thing that her kids have taught her, she quips, “These boys teach me to just chill out since I tend to get worried all the time. They are always cheering me up.”
On whether her sons get affected by their mother’s celebrity status of being the host of a TV show, Tara is quick to share how they rather love to see her on TV. “They (my sons) often come to meet stars on my show. (Also) They have seen little bit of my films and honestly, they find it funny. But since I’ve been part of the entertainment industry and my kids have grown up with it, they don’t find anything abnormal about it,” she responds.
Content with her work-life balance, Tara says, “Being a mother teaches you to multi-task. My husband always used to laugh and say that there cannot be anyone more productive than a working mom and I can understand that now.”
